My Race

Dear friends and family,
Recently I have decided to go on a six month long mission trip called The World Race. Why have I chosen to do this? Recently I felt like I was just going through the motions as a Christian, but wasn’t walking the walk. I felt like I needed to take hold of what God has given me and actually share the gospel as God had intended. Then one of my friends told me that I should do The World Race. I prayed about it a lot and finally decided that I was going to pursue it.
The World Race mission trip will be from January 4 through June 24, 2021. If you have not heard of the ministry, it is a missions based organization, which allows students to take a gap year or semester and spread the gospel to countries outside of the United States. During this 6 month period, I will be doing missions work in Nicaragua, and Cambodia. I will be in each country for about 3 months and will be doing everything from hands on work to sharing the gospel.
I will be joining 30 or more other college students who all have the desire to serve Christ and bring others to the Lord. Please be in prayer for my team, that we would be selfless servants of Christ to the people in these countries. Pray for their hearts to be open to the gospel, and that each one of our lives would be changed as well.
